Duplicating a Product

From the product list, select the product you wish to duplicate and click on the Edit icon.

In the next step, you can choose which product details to duplicate:

• Trips
• Tasks
• Calcsheet
• Package
• Product Texts
• Multimedia

Once the options are selected, click SAVE. The newly created product will have the same product code with an added number at the end.

For example if the original product’s code was HONOHONO, the duplicate product’s code will be HONOHONO-1. Any further product duplicate codes will have the number increased by 1.

Adding Prices to the Newly Duplicated Product

The duplicated product will not have any prices. You will need to add them manually after the duplication process is completed.

Publish to Web set to No on Newly Duplicated Products

The duplicated product will always have “Publish on Web” set to No.
