  • Customers and Suppliers can be defined as persons with fields for personal data, or companies with fields for financial data.
  • Extensive commission options depending on product code and category for agents or resellers.
  • Persons are separate from Customers.
  • Suppliers and Customers have dedicated invoice and payment lists.

Brands – Different Profit Centres and product display

The Brands tab is the perfect place for you if you manage multiple brands in one company. Perhaps you offer multi-day tours with one brand, and guided day tours with another. This is where you’d set them up. Each brand has its own:

  • Address
  • Contact Data
  • Financial Details – Bank IBAN Code and VAT Code
  • Logo
  • Code Settings
  • Client Space

Another great aspect of brands is that you can select the display website for each product and price. Basically, with Victoury you can manage multiple websites and brands from the same account thanks to our connection possibilities.

The Customers and Suppliers – available as a Company or Person

One important distinction in our software is the difference between companies and persons regarding customers and suppliers. When you create a new customer, you can select whether it is a person or a company. In the company’s case, the available fields will be for the financial details and the contact data. In the case of a person, their personal information and passport information can be filled out. This feature allows you to make deals with both direct customers and companies.

Extensive Commission Settings for Agents

In the customer details section you can set up commissions for agents. First, you’ll have to check the button that the customer is an agent, after which you can set up:

  • A general commission.
  • A commission based on product codes. This can include just the prefix of a code, or an entire product code.
  • A commission based on a product category.

An agent can have multiple commissions active and they are editable in the Customer’s details at any time.

Dedicated Tabs for Supplier and Customer Invoices and Payments

In the Operations menu, the invoices and payments lists are separate for customers and suppliers so you can have a better view of the ongoing processes. All of the entries are linked to one another through the original deal. The invoices can be exported as an excel file or directly to your accounting system if you have one connected to your Victoury account.

Persons are Different from Customers

The Persons list has entries for every person added to the system: travelers, customers, company contacts, agents, and suppliers. When creating a deal, only one entity is chosen as the main customer. The rest of the accompanying persons are defined as travelers and can be added in bulk to the deal.

B2B and B2C all in one

All of the features are designed for various business models, no matter if you only have B2B deals or sell all kinds of tours and itineraries. With Victoury, you can seamlessly connect your travel business under one platform for your convenience. Victoury is truly a personalised solution to your business needs.
