Deals – Link An Itinerary (Route) to An Arrangement
An itinerary can be linked to an arrangement in the Booking Wizard during the creation process of a Deal or when updating an existing Deal.

In the Booking Wizard, after the “ADD PRODUCT” step, the next section is “ADD ITINERARY.”
Clicking the “+” sign opens a new field to create a name for your itinerary.
Once you click on the “DONE” button, the itinerary is added to the list.
After creating it, you may then proceed to assign the arrangement to it. Only a single arrangement can be assigned to an itinerary. To add itineraries for multiple arrangements, you need to create a separate itinerary for each arrangement.
To complete the action, click on the “Please assign arrangement” button, highlighted in the screenshot above, and select the arrangement from the list displayed.
Once the arrangement is selected, proceed to assign travelers by clicking on the number “0” displayed under the “Travelers” title, as highlighted in the screenshot above.
For each itinerary added, you have the option to add multiple segments by clicking on the “+ADD SEGMENT” button.
When the dialog opens, there are two options: to manually input all information or to import an itinerary from a CRS (by toggling the radio button). After the segment is added, you may assign travelers to it in the same manner as done for the itinerary.
Upon completing the itinerary and its segments, before finalizing the Deal, all added itineraries are displayed in the Overview section.
