Deals – Change Traveler Assignment
The traveler assignment can be modified even after the deal is finalized.
To do this, navigate to the arrangement section within the deal:
Under “Pax,” you’ll see the total number of travelers assigned per arrangement at the time of creating the deal. Hover your mouse over the number to reveal the option to Open Traveler Assignments:
Click on the number of travelers. The Traveler Assignments window will open, allowing you to reassign travelers:
