Deals – Change Traveler Assignment

Traveler Assignment

The traveler assignment can be modified even after the deal is finalized. To do this, navigate to the arrangement section within Deal Details:

Under “Pax,” you’ll see the total number of travelers assigned per arrangement at the time of creating the deal. Hover your mouse over the number to reveal the option to Open Traveler Assignments:

Click on the number of travelers. The Traveler Assignments window will open, allowing you to reassign travelers:

Room Assignment

In the same section, a tab is also available for Room Assignments. Rooms can be added by clicking on the “Add Room” button. The Room label can be modified as needed. To assign a traveler to a room, please drag the respective traveler and drop them on their assigned room.

Rooms cannot be deleted if there are travelers assigned to them. First, you will have to remove the assigned travelers, after which a trash icon is available to delete a room.

Viewing All Assignments Within a Deal

In the Deal tab of a deal’s details, the button “Show all assignments” in the traveler section displays all arrangements a traveler is assigned to. Each traveler has their assigned arrangements under their name.
